What we collect

When you check out, we ask for your name, mobile number and delivery address.

• These details go into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send us. Our website doesn't store them on its servers.
• Your browser remembers your cart and delivery details on your own device, so you don't have to retype them next time. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to help with any questions or exchanges.
• We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner only to deliver your order.
• We never sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your order.

WhatsApp and payments

Orders are placed through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. UPI payments are handled by your bank or UPI app. We never see your bank or card details.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin area uses one essential cookie to keep the shop owner signed in.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you from your orders. Just message us on WhatsApp.
